Returns are not accepted if the product in question is personalised. If you have complied with all the required conditions, Bluon will reimburse the entire cost of the purchased products. You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted on account of its non-conformity with the conditions listed above. In such a case, you will be able to choose if you wish to receive your products back at your own expense. Should you refuse this shipment, Bluon reserves the right to keep the products, as well as the corresponding total cost paid for the order. Bluon is responsible for any defects present in products offered on the site, including the non-conformity of articles to ordered products, in accordance with the provisions established by Italian law. If the client has entered into the contract as a Consumer (taken to mean any physical person who acts on the site for purposes other than those related to a business or any professional activity that may be carried out), this guarantee is valid insofar as both of the following conditions are repsected: a) that the defect becomes apparent within 24 months from the date on which the products are delivered; b) that the Client presents a formal complaint regarding the defects within a maximum time period of 2 months following the date in which the defect was first recognised by the Client; c) that it is correctly requested by sending an email to the address customer-care@bluon.shop. Should non-conformity be present, the Client who has entered into a contract as a Consumer will have the right to have this remedied without expense, through repairs or substitution, or by receiving a suitable reduction in price or by dissolving the contract relating to the contested goods and having their payment returned. All costs of returning any defective product will be borne by Bluon. |
